HR Administration Assistant

The company:
A leading Charity based in Inner West Suburbs has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced HR Administration Assistant to join their driven and well-established team.
The Role:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing employment contracts and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR information system.
- Assist in payroll preparation and administration, including training staff on the system
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Manage HR-related documentation, including policies and procedures/
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in various ad hoc projects and initiatives.
About you;
- Previous Experience within an HR role
- Understanding of HR function
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong data entry/administration skills
- Attention to Detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to network across stakeholders to get things done.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Experience in Microsoft office
- Must be a Permanent citizen/Australian Citizen
