**The Role**:

- Deliver bank reconciliations to internal and external stakeholders
- Reviews of bank reconciliation processes to ensure seamless delivery
- Complete and submit third party payment platforms to bank(s)
- Review and update processes and procedures with a view to improving the customer experience by identifying gaps and developing action plans to enhance customer service
- Provide back up support and assistance to the wider finance team
- Ensure all unallocated items are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with National, State and Area managers to resolve ad-hoc banking queries

**Your profile**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Highly organized, good time management and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven analytical skills and being proactive
- Ability to understand and resolve issues
- Consistent ability to meet deadlines
- Drive and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment
