**About the role**

The Change & Enablement Group Manager reports to the ICT Executive and is a key member of the leadership team within Southern Cross Care.

In this role you will lead and develop a culture of change & enablement across Southern Cross Care, supporting strategic initiatives as well as continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead change management during the implementation of new technologies.
- Leverage new & existing tools to enable business improvements.
- Providing strategic and operational advice to the ICT Executive
- Establishing relationships with suitable vendors in the market place and developing an understanding of products' strengths and weaknesses
- Working closely with other members of the organisation to deliver business initiatives
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT developments and advancements in relevant technology products and services

**About you**

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification
- Proven business development acumen within the IT context
- Experience in developing and implementing and/or leading a transformational strategic IT function
- Experience in the development, evaluation, implementation and management of IT projects
- High level interpersonal and relationship management skills including a proven ability to network and engage with a broad range of people
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- A basic knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role
