We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Retirement Living team based in our Central Office in the city-fringe location of Glenside.

**About the role**

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the sales performance of Retirement Living resales stock, along with training and development of both the Sales and Contracts & Financial Operational Support teams to ensure strategic plans are grown and implemented.

Working in conjunction with the Group Manager Retirement Living, this key role will establish a number of key reporting functions, connecting the retirement living business operations of sales, marketing, refurbishment, and operations. This also includes the development of sales strategies, determination of appropriate allocation of marketing spends and forecasting opportunities to drive business improvements.

You will also have the opportunity to create processes and procedures that ensure a high level of audit and compliance and play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the Retirement Living business including input into the development of apps, worktools, reporting portals and visual analytics.

- A Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience as a leader creating an inspiring team environment and a customer centric culture, including the ability to motivate, coach and develop both a team and individuals.
- Ability to efficiently respond to internal and external customer needs and manage expectations.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to strive for a standard of excellence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen and interpret customer and staff needs.
- Sound negotiation skills as well as the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- A working knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards as are applicable to the role.
