**About us**:
Whitehorse City Council proudly manages Sportlink, Nunawading Community Hib, Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading, state of the art facilities that are leaders in the provision of leisure and aquatic services in the Eastern Region of Melbourne.

**The role:
The position will supervise the daily operations of Sportlink and the Nunawading Community Hub while providing support to deliver efficient and quality programs across Council’s leisure facilities relating to stadium usage and room hire.

The position will include Duty Officer shifts across a variety of hours to support the efficient operation of the facilities including 10 weekend days per year and an oncall component.

Monday 0830 - 1615

Tuesday 1500 - 2215

Wednesday 0900 - 1700

Thursday 0800 - 1630

Friday 0800 - 1700

**About you**:
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Thorough understanding of the processes and procedures used within leisure and community facilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to enable positive interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines within a busy environment
- An ability to manage all facility operations and bookings in a timely and effective manner Demonstrated performance as an effective team player and with a capacity to be an active member of the Leisure Facilities Leadership Team**In return, we will offer**:
