**About N-CRESS**
N-CRESS (Neuroimmunology Clinical Research, Education and Support Service) is an outpatient service based within the Department of Neurology, providing support and clinical care to people affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other neuroimmunological conditions. We have a strong research focus, conducting a number of clinical trials in a range of neurological conditions including MS, Motor Neurone Disease, Migraine and Stroke.
We have an international reputation for excellence and expertise in clinical care and in the conduct of quality clinical research. This is a small, warm, friendly and collaborative group who will support and mentor the new Administrative Assistant.
**About the role**
The Administrative Assistant supports two core activities within N-CRESS: Ethics submission coordination and financial tracking. In conjunction with the Research Administration Coordinator (RAC), you will prepare, compile and review clinical trials documents for Ethics submission, helping to facilitate a streamlined and efficient process for the approval of N-CRESS clinical trials. You will also review, negotiate and finalise clinical trial agreements and study budgets, and assist the RAC in financial tracking, invoicing and reporting of revenue and expense. You may also support some activities within the N-CRESS Research clinic; seeing research participants, performing research assessments, contributing to research data collection and completing data entry.

- Ideally, prior experience or qualification working in financial field, including tracking, reporting, budgeting and invoicing
