**Dental Receptionist - Brisbane North Specialist Paediatric Dental Practice**

**About the Practice**

Chermside and North Lakes Paediatric Dental Care is a specialist practice providing a full scope of paediatric dental care for infants, children and adolescents as well as children with special needs. We are a highly motivated, experienced and supportive practice committed to the exceptional patient care.

**About the position**
- Part time - 4 days a week (average 32 hours)
- On-site role in both Chermside and North Lakes branches
- Liaising (in writing, verbally and electronically) with patients and their families, as well as other health professionals and their staff
- Account processing, data entry and scanning correspondence
- Making appointments and hospital surgical bookings
- Managing patients’ records
- Assist in building patient relations

**What we are looking for**
- Must have minimum 3 years front office experience in dental practice including knowledge of common dental procedures and their purposes
- Experience and familiarity with Dental4Windows software program essential
- Well presented and articulate
- Positive professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to multitask proficiently, prioritise tasks, and uphold meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within the team
- Highly motivated, organized and time managed
- Flexibility, reliability and punctuality
- Enjoy and confident working with children and parent/carer
- Own transport and license
