**Full job description**
We are currently seeking an experienced Administration and Rostering Officer to join our team. Our company is looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join us in our mission.
As an Administration and Rostering Officer in our aged and disability care team, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive timely, compassionate, and personalised care. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily schedules of our care team, ensuring shifts are assigned based on client needs, care worker availability, and continuity of care. This role requires organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities to handle last-minute adjustments and maintain smooth operations.
You will work closely with the care management team to support high-quality service delivery, ensuring clients receive the support they need to live safely and comfortably at home. To be successful in this role you will need a passion for problem solving and strong resilience. Additionally, proactive behaviour and clear communication skills are vital. The role is reporting to the Case Managers.
**To be considered, you must**:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver’s license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Address staff inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing your day-to-day workflow with mínimal supervision such as filing, archiving and scanning
- Frequently liaising with management team, care staff and clients regarding rostered work.
- Managing general office maintenance, cleanliness and ensure office supplies
- Answer phone calls, handle general inquiries
- Providing corporate documentation administration support to the team
- Managing daily mail and couriers
- Managing office events
- Communicating roster changes to relevant support workers
- Optimise staff availability to maximise efficiency
- Ensuring good administrative process and maintaining up to date documentation
**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:
- Experience in Administration and Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others achieve success.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to speak Vietnamese

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

**Experience**:
