**About The Bathroom Gallery**

The Bathroom Gallery specialises in bathroom products and is one of the largest showrooms in the south. We pride ourselves on affordable quality bathroom products and exceptional customer service.

**The Role**:
We are looking for an **experienced**, motivated, and results-orientated Sales Assistant to join our high-performing sales team located in Wollongong. The Bathroom Gallery offers a successful sales platform and an opportunity to grow and develop and progress in the company. _**Full-Time & Part-Time**_ positions are available.
- **If you have prior sales experience in bathroom sales and an interest in interior design or home renovation, then we are really keen to hear from you**_

**Requirements**:

- A strong desire to succeed with a ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
- A Team player with a proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work on Saturdays 9:00 am - 3pm
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office
- A quick learner
- Attention to details

**Duties**:

- Manage sales inquiries, face-to-face, online and over-the-phone
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with clients and partners
- Working independently and as part of the team to ensure positive sales outcomes.
- Liaise with suppliers and builders, chasing up orders etc
- Some packing and lifting may be required at times

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 16/01/2023
