Based in South Australia's beautiful Adelaide Hills, premium brand Paris Creek Farms is part of the ASX listed premium food group Maggie Beer Holdings. We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Fitter to join our Maintenance Team.

Reporting into the Maintenance Manager the role will be responsible for:

- Preventative Maintenance
- Fault finding - inspect, identify and diagnosis of mechanical malfunctions
- Read and interpret plans and schematics
- General maintenance activity

Our maintenance team is a small close knit team that works hard to support each other and our production teams. We work across 3 eight-hour shifts starting at 7am, 8am and 10am with occasional weekend work and overnight call outs.

Now is an exciting time to be working in maintenance, as in conjunction with our current manufacturing operations across milk, yogurt, butter and cheese we are also working on a large cheese expansion project. Our maintenance department will be key to the success of this project and so our new Maintenance Fitter will get the opportunity to work on all our existing equipment as well as being involved in setting the cheese expansion project up for success.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with:

- A mechanical trade qualification.
- Previous FMCG experience.
- A dynamic and engaging person who loves to share their knowledge.
- Curiosity and inventiveness.
- A can-do attitude and a person who thrives on achieving results.
- B licence electrical (highly regarded).
- Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
- Welding (Mig, Tig and Arc) and fabrication (highly desired).
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Committed to safety for self and others.
- Honest and flexible attitude to tasks and required hours.
