**About the role**:
You will be a valued member of a training team and administer training across a dedicated part of the business. A key part of your role is working with managers to identify their team’s training needs, providing training reports and informing managers of their training compliance. You will also plan, source and schedule course attendances, respond to customer enquiries, and ensure relevant course documentation is processed, payments are managed, and results recorded. As a training administrator, you will be relied upon to follow the training coordination process to ensure consistency across the training team, and support other

**What the role will offer**:

- A supportive team, autonomy and ongoing development where required
- Utilise your knowledge and skill to administrator and coordinate training for a designated part of the business that is consistent and follows an established process.
- Liaising with relevant line managers to ensure their team’s training needs are met
- Managing of training data integrity within the corporate learning management system.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to plan and schedule suitable training by using the corporate procurement system and work order process.
- Creation and analysis of training needs reports to understand training demand and manage training needs effectively.
- Ensuring training coordination integrates with other planned and unplanned work.
- Liaising with external training providers to source cost effective and quality training services and manage payments in accordance with relevant procurement protocols.
- Liaising effectively with internal training providers where course delivered internally.
- Effectively utilising document management systems to maintain compliance and ensure training record integrity.

**Key skills and experience**:
