As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the servicing and maintenance of medical equipment within hospitals and aged care facilities. On offer is:

- About the role:_

Reporting through to the State Service Manager you will ensure the seamless operation of medical equipment within client facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting scheduled maintenance, inspections and calibration of medical equipment;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions;
- Performing necessary repairs and identifying parts needed;
- Documenting maintenance, repairs, and other activities in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Communicating with clients regarding equipment status, repair timelines and scheduling;
- Maintaining an inventory of required parts, equipment and tools;
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance and maintain technical skills; and
- Adhere to company and client policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- About you:_

To be successful in the role, you will have experience in a hands-on technician or repair role. Experience in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment is desirable but not essential. You will possess:

- High level troubleshooting and diagnosing skills;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Time management skills and a high level of attention to detail;
- A commitment to compliance, documentation and health and safety; and
- A growth mindset and inclination to continuously build on your technical knowledge.

This role will require you to have a drivers licence to travel to client locations. As the role is in healthcare, you will also be required to have up to date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
