**Mechanical Supervisor (SMP)**:
**About the roles**:
C.E.M. Alliance are seeking to appoint experienced Mechanical Supervisors across several structural, mechanical, and piping projects based in the Pilbara.

**Among other tasks, the roles will involve**:

- Directing and monitoring technical teams and activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety, and performance are observed and that time schedules are met
- Overseeing and coordinating the planning, preparation and execution of daily activities and making recommendations to improve quality, reduce cost and increase productivity
- Conducting daily meetings with teams to monitor progress, facilitate communicate and resolve problems
- Ensure reports are regular and communicated on all field activities, identifying any potential or existing concerns and problems that may affect project delivery

**About You**:
With a genuine commitment to the health and safety of all employees and your well-developed interpersonal skills, you will ensure that you communicate appropriately with key stakeholders.
- Mechanical trades certificate
- Experience in a similar SMP supervisory role
- Hands-on experience supervising work teams to ensure that site activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality, environmental and productivity objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
