The Role

We are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team in Osborne Park and Belmont. The role will see you at our front desk reception, welcoming visitors, supporting our office staff, general reception, and entry level office duties.

Key responsibilities
- Greeting guests and welcoming visitors to our head office
- Answering telephone calls, taking messages and actioning enquiries
- Front office care and presentation
- Administrative support and other ad hoc duties

THE IDEAL APPLICANT

**Will be** positive, organized, highly motivated, flexible and will place a high importance on accuracy and attention to detail. Be confident, neat, timeous with a professional presentation at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, professional and personable telephone manner
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive.
