**The Role**
The Data Analyst will gather data from various sources, review and interpret it using data analysis tools and provide meaningful information and insights to help to business make better-informed decisions.
This role will require you to;
- Collect and analyse data to create meaningful insights that help deliver on strategic and operational initiatives
- Respond to data requests from across the business and manage service delivery
- Audit/review data and insights for accuracy and consistency
- Prepare reports/presentations and build data visualisations/dashboards
- Ensure all project documentation if up to date and maintain the highest levels of quality in deliverables
- Investigate alternate data sources to provide additional insight to the business
**Your Experience**
You will have a relevant Bachelor’s degree along with a demonstrated ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data. You will have a proven ability to analyse large datasets and have advanced skills in Excel, Python/R, proficient in SQL and have working knowledge with CRM databases. You will have experience in undertaking statistical data analysis and development of reports/dashboards in tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Your time management skills and attention to detail will be natural strengths. You will be resilient, organised and work with pace.
You will by naturally curious and possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, initiative and flexibility to be successful in meeting the business demands at Discovery Parks. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
