We are looking for a talented and ambitious Digital and Events Marketing Manager to join our team to support the marketing of two of our innovative brands; EXACT and Dentally in the APAC region.

**About you**
- Excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to their work, and the ability to work dynamically with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of the commercial needs of a product brand, and importance of working closely with the sales team including the SDR team focused on the sales pipeline value and conversion.
- High attention to detail.
- Minimum of three years’ experience inhouse or in an agency role.
- Ambitious and driven.
- You understand the power of content led, customer centric marketing across a range of digital channels.
- Highly organised to coordinate events including webinars, networking events and regional trade shows.
- Excellent project implementation and execution skills.

**What you'll be doing**
- Understand the commercial needs of the APAC business and collaborate with internal customer facing stakeholders to ensure objectives are met to increase market share and develop pipeline revenue.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with the sales team.
- To execute our global marketing toolkit across available digital channels within the region.
- Develop and maintain strong understanding of the market context, customers and prospects to support the development of themes and campaigns that will resonate to generate leads and engagement at tactical level.
- Scope and execute tactical campaigns working with the SDR team.
- Event execution and project management - in-person seminars, workshops, large trade shows as well as virtual events including webinars and educational-based sessions.
- Reporting on all areas of marketing, including campaigns and ROI against clear KPI’s and objectives.
- Competitor monitoring and reporting.
- CRM data management and segmentation with relevant stakeholders.
- Reporting directly to the International Head of Marketing for Dentally and the General Manager in APAC.

**Your professional skills**
- Marketing degree level.
- Professional marketing qualification.
- Proficient using dynamic CRM content management and automation systems.
- Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and other marketing software platforms and digital tools.
