**The Role**

Reporting to the IT Practices Manager, the Service Management Analyst role is a key support role within the Service Delivery Team.

You will be responsible for facilitating all major incident calls, navigating the problem management process, conducting post incident reviews, service management improvement activities as well as managing any ad-hoc reporting requirements.

As part of your role, you will be put on a rotating roster or ‘on call’ scheduling requirement, to facilitate any out of hours support for the business.

**About You**

An experienced Service Assurance or Service Management Analyst, you possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in an operational role with a well-rounded background and experiences in reporting, change, problem management and improvements in service delivery.

You ideally possess an ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certification with exposure in various service management tools such as ServiceNow.

You possess a strong eye for process improvement and a customer-focused mindset, to continually improve and deliver value to your customers and internal stakeholders.
