**The opportunity**:
EBOS Group is looking for a highly experienced and committed Analyst Programmer. In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for analysing and interpreting user requirements, scope business requirements, problems, and incidents quantitatively.
- Supporting business requirements definition through delivery and to successful completion. Includes technical analysis of business requirements and process flows, configuration and development, testing, deployment, and training execution.
- Work and with other Analyst Programmers, Business Process Owners, Technical SMES, and external stakeholders to facilitate root cause analysis of problems and incidents.
- Responsible for new technical analysis of new enhancement requests and suggest improvements to existing Legacy systems.
- Help to evaluate and clarify technical requirements and requirement gaps and resolve conflicting and ambiguous requirements.
- Will be involved in system and operational process analysis.
- Provide 2nd /3rd Level support where required.
- Work on SOP creation and maintenance where required.
- Work with Delivery Manager to develop internal guidelines to implement best practices and contribute to continuous development of scale platform.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Min 5+ years Working in similar role (As a Business/ Analyst Programmer in WMS area)
- Good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong technical knowledge in Pick Basic/Uni Basic, UNiData Universe databases.
- Experience working using third party tools like SB+.
- Good knowledge of Unix Scripting.
- Good understanding of WMS systems (Integrated to ERP) architecture good understanding of configuration and design of a WMS system.
- Experienced in using Dev Ops and Jira (or a service management tool).
- Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of information technology concepts and processes.
- Works systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities, or manage the situation at hand; identifies causes, relationships and implications.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and time management skills.
