**_ The firm_**
- Join a progressive firm for a 10 + week contract. You will hit the ground running in this busy opportunity where you will support two very busy fee earners. service luxury premium clients._
- Our client is a respected mid tier firm, with a close knit team that pride themselves on their welcoming nature and supportive environment. Excellently located in the legal precinct of Melbournes CBD, with beautifully renovated offices. They have weekly lunches, a vibrant break out area and open plan offices which are vibrant._

**_The role_**
- Supporting two fee earners whilst their LA's are on leave you will be busy, yet supported to facilitate all the requirements of this busy desk. Ideally you will be an expert biller, and have an exceptional understanding of the Family Law area._
- Your duties will involve;_
- General Administration duties
- Compilation of a variety of legal documents (Briefs, court documents, estate planning documents, correspondence)
- High-level diary management (organise client meetings)
- Client liaison
- Scanning, archiving and file management
- Opening & closing matters
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Managing fee earners WIP (billable time)
- Maintain client confidence by keeping client/fee earner information confidential

**_ You_**
- We are seeking a well versed Family Law support specialist who can stand on their on two feet and get the work done. You will be tenacious, organised and proactive. To be considered you will showcase the following attributes;_
- Professional manner
- Respectful team member
- 3+ years experience in a Family Law environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
- This is a busy role requiring a high level of organisational skills but working within a genuinely friendly positive and cohesive team._
