Bluetrain is seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our kitchen team on a casualbasis. We are looking for a professional, creative and hardworking individual with proven experience.

Bluetrain, located in Southbank is renowned for its Amazing views, large open restaurant, seasonal menu and a thriving espresso bar.

**Key responsibilities**
- Be motivated and willing to work in a team environment
- Be driven by quality and customer satisfaction
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General food prep and kitchen duties
- Have the ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Knowledgeable food handling and sanitation standards and WHS regulations

This position is across 5 days on a Casual basis. we are open Tuesday - Saturday.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.56 - $33.84 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 15 per week
