- You will be appointed as the Nominated Supervisor of the Service
- Manage the day to day operation of an Outside School Hours Care service, ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are observed
- Lead and mentor a team of educators - provide guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework
- Develop opportunities for quality improvement within your team
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families and the school community
- Implement an educational program that aligns with the My, Time Our Place Framework
- Develop a Quality Improvement Plan
- Develop a vacation care program

This is a** full-time position, working 38 hours per week at Ingleburn.**

The salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience.

**Our requirements to provide care**
- Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Experience in education and/or care of children and leading a team
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Paid (Employee) Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Employees are required to have received 2 doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination
