  • You will be appointed as the Nominated Supervisor of the Service
  • Manage the day to day operation of an Outside School Hours Care service, ensuring all relevant laws and regulations are observed
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators provide guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework
  • Develop opportunities for quality improvement within your team
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, families and the school community
  • Implement an educational program that aligns with the My, Time Our Place Framework
  • Develop a Quality Improvement Plan
  • Develop a vacation care program
This is a
full-time position, working 38 hours per week at Ingleburn.
The salary range is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Our requirements to provide care

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Experience in education and/or care of children and leading a team
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Paid (Employee) Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Employees are required to have received 2 doses of an approved COVID19 vaccine; or has been issued with a Medical Contraindication Certificate on the prescribed NSW Health form, exempting from vaccination
