Position **:Female / or Male Support worker (Home Care)**

Location: Taylors lakes VIC 3038, north west suburbs.

Duration: 6 Hours shift a week, Morning or afternoon shift. (6 HOUR SHIFT)

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients
- Engage in meal preparation according to dietary requirements
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Drive consumers to shopping and medical appointments
- Offer social companionship to enhance the well-being of consumers

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Arabic language (spoken OR understanding) is advantageous
- 6 hours spreads into 2 days a week, hours may increase.
- Resides in or around the north west or western Suburbs
- Previous experience in support or caregiving roles is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Driving license & Car insurance
- Cert III or IV individual support
- Police check

Immediate start

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Cert III or IV individual Support (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
