**The role**
- This role reports to the Finance function, which provides finance services to the Transdev Australasia group, from transactional, financial and management accounting expertise, through to financial decision support advice to the businesses to improve the outturn of contracts. The Group Procurement Analyst duties will include:
**1.**Vendor Master Data Management**
- Manage end to end the new vendor requests
- Ensure vendor master data is up to date and regularly reviewed (and enhanced)

**2. Parts/Catalogue Master Data Management**
- Support businesses in managing promptly suppliers’ parts details in the Asset Management system,
- Support Procurement and Asset Management teams in preparing bulk parts update,
- Support Procurement team in analysing pricing deviation and following-up on owed credit notes.

**3.Procurement Analytics**
- Generate, review and comments on routine Procurement analysis/reports,
- Support Finance and Procurement with ad-hoc analysis as required,
- Support the continuous improvement of Procurement reporting.

**4.Continuous Improvements/Projects**
- Support Finance team in resolving integration issues & in implementing new software platforms (as required),
- Contribute to various Finance and organisation wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Ideally you might have**
- Internal Transdev Colleagues with various experience and background are most welcome to apply
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Procurement or Asset Management (highly desirable),
- Demonstrated experience in administrating supplier records and parts/catalogues,
- Knowledge of Finance ERP (AX-2012 preferred) in relation to Vendor Master Data
- Knowledge of Asset Management ERP (HxGN EAM preferred) in relation to parts/prices
- Excel skills are a must.
