We are seeking an experienced Finance Secretary to join our college. In this role you will support the Business Manager and Finance team with the accurate processing of financial requirements of the College.
The role holder is required to demonstrate a high level of initiative with an in-depth knowledge and competency of a variety of routines, methods, procedures, and processes associated with financial and administrative tasks including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. The successful applicant will be able to work under general supervision and be a team player who will work collaboratively with others. Discretion and a high level of confidentiality are required.
