**Role Highlights**
The Insights Lead is an exciting role within our RFI Global Atlas team, dedicated to supporting a key growth client in the Australian banking sector.
The Insights Lead is responsible for generating regular, actionable insights through robust data analysis, market research, and insightful interpretation. Serving as a key point of contact, the Insights Lead works closely with the Client Director to develop and execute research briefs and analysis plans that address the client's strategic and operational business questions.
This role will be instrumental in advancing the team's analysis capabilities, consistently striving to exceed client expectations in all aspects of insight delivery. The role also plays a crucial role in identifying and implementing research and operational best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key responsibilities:
**Data Analysis & Insight Interpretation**
- Collaborate with the RFI team and Client Director to understand the clients' strategic priorities and NPS performance.
- Lead research briefings, communicating requirements and expectations to the Client Director.
- Execute end-to-end analysis plans, including data planning, wrangling, analysis (descriptive, diagnostic and statistical), and insight communication.
- Produce deep-dive reports and presentations for clients periodically
- Collaborate with the Insights Analytics team to address complex and timely analysis requests.
- Proactively identify business questions to drive value for clients.
**Task Planning & Organisation**
- Prioritise tasks with the Client Director and clients based on team capacity and workload.
- Accurately estimate the time and resources required to complete tasks, ensuring efficient project planning and timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the internal RFI team on research design of ongoing client inquiries.
- Support monthly BAU delivery as needed.
**Process Optimisation**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Client to enhance processes, automate, and deliver actionable insights.
- Support process and ongoing iteration of insightful BAU reporting.
- Implement sound analysis methodologies to address business questions.
- Support internal teams in improving production, QA processes, and outputs, including automation techniques.
**Team Leadership**
- Mentor and upskill junior analysts in data analysis and insight interpretation.
- Assist in creating SOWs, sales pitches, and other business development materials with Sales and Client Success teams.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data mining, data visualization and statistical analysis using tools such as SPSS, Survey Reporter, Q and DisplayR.
- Strong ability to communicate data analysis into actionable findings with diverse stakeholder groups, both verbally and in writing. Experience presenting research and insights to senior management clients.
- Proven experience in end to end analysis; from briefing to execution of a stated business problem, defining the analysis plan, analysing and interpreting the output.
- Demonstrates a curious mindset with a drive to get to the root of business problems by asking insightful questions and thinking proactively.
- Excellent planning and time management skills, able to handle quick turnarounds and manage priorities set with the client in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, to foster a positive team environment and drive collective results.
- Experience advising, engaging, and supporting a high-performing team, with a desire to mentor junior analysts.
- Strong understanding of NPS
- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is an asset.
