In this contract role covering Parental Leave, you will have a seat on the Leadership Team for TWE's Global Supply Chain. As Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our diverse workforce, fostering collaboration and driving strategic and operational excellence through delivering a fit-for-purpose People Plan. As a strategic partner to our senior business leaders, you will provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with our global teams, promoting a harmonious work environment that encourages innovation and growth. Being accountable for providing strategic and operational HR support and business leadership, you will deliver a suite of People and Culture outcomes aligned with TWE's People and Culture (P&C) model.
- Engage with the Supply Leadership Team to evaluate and determine strategic people requirements to support the delivery of Supply objectives, including organisation structures and role/capability requirements.
- Translate the Supply strategy into an effective People Plan and manage P&C resources to deliver accordingly, including leveraging and championing the full extent of the P&C Delivery model.
- Manage performance within the context of performance counselling, and disciplinary processes for Supply in ANZ, Asia and EMEA.
- Manage team performance, and coach and develop the Supply P&C team to realize their full potential.

**About you**

Having a track record of being able to manage day-to day operations with the delivery of contemporary solutions. An appreciation for operating in a divisional role, partnering a manufacturing and or supply chain oriented client group will be highly regarded, as will a highly collaborative approach. Your ability to flex between operational delivery and strategy will set you apart, as will your bias to action.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to appropriately adapt your personal style.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence effectively across a complex organisation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong commercial acumen.
- Effective management of multiple projects/work streams to ensure delivery and uptake.
