**The Opportunity**

Join us as a **Talent Acquisition Leader **and play a pivotal role in our dynamic expansion. This full-time position is based in our Milton office, where you'll lead a talented team across Brisbane, Melbourne, and Manila to scale our innovative TA/Recruitment Software and Solutions.

**Your Role**
- Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for both our clients and internally for Scout Talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, guiding them in best recruitment practices.
- Develop and oversee recruitment metrics and KPIs to boost productivity and gauge the success of our campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal leaders to enhance recruitment strategies and resource planning.
- Manage recruitment budgets, including ad spending.

**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition with proven results.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cost management.
- Expertise in utilising advanced recruitment tools and platforms.
- A pragmatic, 'can-do' attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
- Able and willing to work in our Milton office 5 days per week.
