**Your new role**

As the Fleet and Equipment Performance Manager for the national C&D business, you will work collaboratively with the Regional and Branch Manager and other key stakeholders to drive commercial and technical fleet and equipment outcomes to ensure the highest levels of driver, fleet, and equipment safety and compliance, and optimized utilization, reliability, and unit costs.

The role will see you develop strategies to optimize the performance of our fleet and equipment, review and make recommendations on commercially viable fleet and equipment repair and maintenance capability, facilitate fleet and equipment acquisitions and disposals, and manage maintenance and supplier management.

**Your skills and experience**

You have demonstrated success and experience in fleet management, as well as commercial and technical fleet and equipment management. You have experience in process improvement focused on fleet and plant efficiency, managing local/state-based supplier issues, and negotiating and influencing with key internal stakeholders. You are familiar with the requirements of the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme and Heavy Vehicle National Law, as well as local and national transport industry regulations.
