**What role will you play?**

As a business agility coach, you will leverage your deep expertise and partner with leaders (executive directors), product owners (directors), Agile delivery leads and their delivery teams to coach, deliver capability uplift interventions and implement Agile mechanics at scale. Many of your stakeholders will be new to Agile ways of working requiring you to lead by example.

**What you offer**
- Excellent communicator, facilitator and influencer with a proven track record of enabling leaders deliver change at scale
- Comfortable with coaching executives and stakeholders across the organisation in high profile / strategic programs
- Enterprise Agile Coaching experience, leading large scale transformation programs across Business and Technology
- product owner / manager experience (in role or as a coach)
- Relevant industry and academic qualifications (e.g.: Certified Agile Coach, bachelor’s degree, Masters in Business Administration).

**About the Risk Management Group**

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
