**About the role**

Working with both internal & external customers, you will lead a team of BAs & Testers in charge of gathering requirements, redesigning processes, understanding the expected outcomes desired and truly championing best practice delivery.

As the ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you will truly be the voice of the customer in all aspects of delivery to ensure your team champion their requirements by enabling a customer-centric approach.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve team and organisational objectives.
- Proactively lead and mentor team members in meeting deadlines, setting customer expectations and jointly developing technical skills.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and processes for optimal delivery of services.
- Lead and contribute to solution design, estimation, and scoping of work for Projects & Tenders in collaboration with ServiceNow Solution Architects.
- Be able to identify ‘best fit’ solution options with regard to product architecture, functionality and existing constraints.
- Ensure the quality of work from the team is of the highest standards
- Promote AC3 ServiceNow capabilities through webinars, blogs, social media posts, and presentations at meetups and customer events.
- Contribute to the AC3 ServiceNow Roadmap as a technical & process SME.

**Skills & experience**
- Strong experience as a manager (3-5+ years)
- 5+ experience working in a business analysis role within IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Strong understanding of ITIL / SIAM with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading people.
- Ability to develop and implement systems, processes and procedures to enable effective utilisation of resources
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain constructive relationships with customers at varying levels of seniority.
- Skilled at diagrammatically representing processes, workflows, and ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical
- Functional knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, SecOps, and PA.
- ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (ITSM, CSM, SecOps, ITBM, Custom Applications, ITOM)
