The Opportunity
Based at Kingston Green Retirement Living - Cheltenham, As Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll enjoy working in a customer-facing hospitality environment to deliver high-quality meals and service to the residents. You'll be a great communicator as you'll spend time connecting with the residents during the lunch service whilst having attention to detail. The residents are the heart of everything we do and the reason we come to work every day, their happiness is key to a successful overall operation and we are looking for someone who values this as much as we do. This is a highly autonomous role - anyone with customer service, cleaning or hospitality experience, we want to hear from you
Permanent Part Time - every Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday (Split shifts) ; 11.00am-2.30pm & 4.00pm-7.30pm.
You will
- Provide a high level of Customer Service to residents during lunch service times
- Assist in the daily preparation and plating of meals that are pre-arranged by our Chefs
- Deliver food & beverage to residents during service times
- Be responsible for preparation and pack-down after service including washing-up and cleaning
- Follow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices
What you'll bring
- A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residents
- Experience in a hospitality, restaurant, cleaning or customer service environment (highly regarded)
- Current Police check (required, but we can complete for you)
- Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
