The College is seeking a full-time term time School Officer to work in our Careers Centre under the direction of the Program Leader Careers and VET. Duties include - Liaising with RTO’s, AASN’s and employers in conjunction with administration duties for work experience placements and vocational commitment programs. Facilitating the organisation of School Based Traineeships and Apprenticeships, assistance with tertiary preparation and organising Careers events and information evenings. Assisting VET teachers in the delivery of VET as directed by the Program Leader Careers & VET. The role is 5 days per week between 8am and 4pm. Experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
