Our client is a leading mining company expanding their projects and operations, and they are seeking a dynamic individual to lead their continuous improvement efforts within the PMO.

**About the role**:
Seeking an ambitious professional with a Project Management Office (PMO) background and a passion for driving continuous improvement and playing a crucial role in rolling out new initiatives and enhancing project performance within our mining client's organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the rollout of new initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across project management processes within the mining sector.
- Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually over Teams, and create compelling training material to empower project teams with the knowledge and skills required for success.
- Utilize your expertise in project management and PMO analysis to navigate complex projects and seamlessly align various work pieces.
- Embrace the challenge of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, demonstrating your excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and deliver positive change.
- Contribute to project administration, controls, and other related tasks, ensuring smooth execution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a PMO Analyst role, ideally within the mining industry.
- A proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and delivering impactful training sessions.
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms like Teams and the ability to create engaging training content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to piece together information from various sources.
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving, adapting to the unique challenges of the mining sector.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
