**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As a Reporting Lead, you will collaborate with our teams across service delivery and management, you will identify trends and recommend improvements, as well as design reports and dashboards.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Data validation through analysis of records within Service Management tools
- Identify trends and recommend improvements based on findings
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops
- Create and maintain contractual and operational dashboards and reports
- Communicate findings from analysis and make recommendations
- Identify and report risks and issues

**Keen to get involved? You’ll need**:

- Essential: Current OR ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- Strong and effective stakeholder engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using Excel and Power BI and have the ability to design reports, dashboards, pivot tables
- Experience working with high volumes of data from disparate sources and creating cohesion

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Analytics
- ITIL and/or SIAM certification
