**About the opportunity**:
**Real Work with Real Outcomes **- Starting in January 2025, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Procurement, you will have the opportunity to
- Engage in projects focused on procurement strategy development and execution.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

- Benefit from rotations across various procurement roles, deepening your understanding of supply chain dynamics and procurement best practices.

**About you**:
We seek adaptable individuals who thrive in challenging environments, are keen to engage in real projects, work as part of a team, and make meaningful contributions to the business.

Eligibility Criteria:

- A genuine passion for Procurement within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution,
- Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights,
- Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2024).
- Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
