**Casualty Claims Team Leader**

**The role**
Our claims function is going through a bit of renewal and we have some exciting things on the horizon. The work you do really matters to us and to our customers, your role will see you lead and develop a team of Casualty Claims Specialists and manage the Casualty Claims portfolio (largely professional lines, with a small amount of public and product liability).
I’m not going to give you a laundry list of accountabilities however there are three core areas that are worth mentioning.

**Nurturing and Leading Teams to Excel**
- This is exactly what you might expect. You’ll use your previous leadership experience to lead, develop, coach and be a role model to and for your people. You’ll give feedback, monitor KPIs/ workload, and of course, ensure you are all delivering quality outcomes every time

**Deliver on our Customer Mission**
- Naturally, your technical claims expertise will be used to the max and your team will rely on your advice and counsel You’ll get close to our customers through NPS monitoring, acting on and recognising feedback to create an amazing customer experience every time.

**Grow Sustainably and Create Mutual Value**
- Your commitment to working closely with our Professional Association partners, to our claims philosophy and estimating approach coupled with strong reporting, critical analysis of the portfolio to identify trends and unwavering risk and compliance focus is a no-brainer.
