As a **Family Coach **at our Christies Beach office, you'll be at the heart of driving change for families in need. In this diverse role, you'll have multiple responsibilities, working to build teams of Sharing Families and empower them to create effective change for Seeking Families. You'll be the motivator, the inspiration, and the problem-solver, helping families overcome various challenges and stresses, from social isolation to navigating the child protection system. As a **Family Coach**, you'll facilitate transformation without taking the lead.

**This is a Fixed-Term 3 month contract**

- You're driven by a desire to make a real difference in your community.
- You thrive in an energetic and supportive team environment.
- Your can-do attitude and empowerment inspire those around you.
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Teaching, or relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with families, young people, and children, including diverse backgrounds like Aboriginal and CALD communities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Expertise in recruiting and working with volunteers.
- A deep understanding of community resources and networking with other service providers to support families.
- Knowledge of child protection and risk management to ensure families' safety.
- The ability to excel both within a team and autonomously.
