**Your new company**

This internationally dominating heavy vehicle manufacturer supplies machinery solutions across Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, Hydraulic, and Diesel Vehicles. They pride themselves on their innovative solutions, heritage, and vehicle versatility supplying for large scale mining projects to local owner operators. They are seeking an Administrator to join their Service team in Wacol.

**Your new role**

You will provide administrative support to the Service Department with duties including processing work orders, raising purchase orders, and entering warranty claims. You’ll be part of a well-regarded, fast paced, and established team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Administration, with experience in the Service environment being highly regarded. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable. You will have strong data entry skills, be process driven and the ability to pick up new systems with ease. You will be highly adaptable and able to hit the ground running showcasing your solid output.
