**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
It is an exciting time to join the Workday Support Team at Mercy Health as we deploy the Workday platform at Mercy Health

This leadership position encompasses responsibilities to develop training strategies and plans to support the implementation of the Workday system.

Reporting to the Group Manager - Workday, this role will collaborate with business leaders across Mercy Health to capture their unique requirements to inform the training required to successfully embed the Workday solution.

This is a full-time, permanent role based from our Richmond office with hybrid working available (3 days in the office; 2 WFH or at another site).

**ABOUT YOU**:
We are seeking a proven specialist with demonstrable success deploying the Workday platform within a complex, diverse and evolving environment that can evidence their values based leadership and offer an authentic, engaging and agile character.

You will hold extensive experience and demonstrated competency in the following areas
- Substantial experience and understanding of the Workday platform;
- Ability to model high quality educational experience including teaching, supervision and simulation training;
- Strong understanding of people management processes, workflows, and best practices;
- Experience in online learning module creation and LMS functionality..
