**About the Role**
We've current got a great opportunity for an Account Manager (EA) to join our team. This position will be based from our Brisbane office on Adelaide Street.
In this position, which directly reports to Regional Sales Manager EA, your main purpose is to to ensure excellent account management that ensure on time delivery of products and services to MITO's customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Regularly engaging with customers to understand any changes or challenges, plans and strategies and important schedules to propose and provide solutions.
- Identifying, pursuing and developing opportunities with new products and/or with new accounts.
- Ensuring business proposals and responses to tenders satisfy the requirements of the customer both technically and commercially to be awarded the work.
- Working collaboratively to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
- Fostering and nurturing customer relationships ensuring alignment between customer expectations and MITO’s capability, leading to a positive customer experience.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the market and industry to enable a better connection with our customers.
- Continually reviewing current pricing and contracts to ensure conformance and liaising with the Procurement Team as required to resolve any discrepancies.
**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary Diploma in relevant field or, equivalent work experience.
- Must have 2 years' relevant sales experience
- Experience in or understanding of Oil and Gas and/or steel industry.
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
