Mobile Lending Manager

**How will I help?**
At Bank of Melbourne, we believe in taking the time to get to know our customers as a person, not a series of accounts. That’s why, as a Lending Manager, you won't just know our products inside out - you’ll be able to guide people to the products and services that are just right for them. Based in the CBD of Melbourne, you’ll report to our Lending Area Manager, and be backed by a friendly, switched-on team. In time, you’ll help coach and train branch staff to build up their knowledge and skills in home lending.

**What do I need?**
You’ll be naturally motivated and energetic and may already have built up a strong referral network. Helpfulness is in your DNA, so building strong relationships and generating new business as a result is second nature to you - having friendly conversations with our customers to work out what they need. You'll have demonstrated experience in writing home loans, as well as lending policy knowledge. A sound understanding of bank processes, systems and procedures is highly advantageous.
