Holmesglen Private Hospital are seeking an experienced Theatre Orderly to join our team full time. This role will see you working of our rotational roster with flexible shift times available. In this role you will work within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience during their care.

Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the South Eastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking.
Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. - including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services

**As an Ordely your responsibilities will include**:

- Patient Assistance and transfers including the use of lifting machine and bed movers.
- General housekeeping duties e.g. cleaning beds, organising linen, restocking of equipment, and waste management
- Remove dirty linen / ensure clean linen is readily available
- Operate in line with WHS policy & procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
- Cultivating a hospitable and friendly environment for all patients
- Work as an active team member to support all work tasks

**Essential Criteria**:

- Authority to Work in Australia
- Experience as an orderly in a Hospital environment preferred
- Vaccination and serology records prior to commencement
- Working with Children check
- Commitment to service excellence
- Ability to prioritise and organise work, with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High level attention to detail
