THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity for a Line Operator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Ingleburn, New South Wales. You will be working Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm.
Ideally, the successful applicant will be required to have a manufacturing or Building background, be keen to multi-skill, have good attendance and have a strong awareness and regard for health, safety, and the environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting in the maintenance and operation of the production line to produce Polyester products, roof/wall batts, infill for pillows and lounges. Training will be provided on the systems.
- Optimise the capabilities of production equipment
- Participate in any training, assessments, and team meetings as required.
- Minor troubleshooting of problems during machine operation and preventative maintenance (basic machine cleaning).

For this role, you will be required to have good written and verbal communications skills. You will be willing to learn different production lines and assist a small team.
