HR and Office Assistant | Rhodes | 12 month FTC | Hybrid | $80k base
**Your new company**
A client within the creative space with an award-winning studio. They are an established, yet growing team and love all things creative and animation.
**Your new role**
- Provide HR and recruitment administration support (offer letters, contract extensions, salary reviews, employee documentation)
- Maintaining employee databases, spreadsheets and HR reporting
- Overseeing the onboarding of new employees
- Assisting in Work Health & Safety initiatives and the coordination of First Aid, WHS training
- Training and Development coordination - staff training, liaising with external training providers, managing the administration and recording of all training and professional development records
- Processing employee terminations including exit interviews, payroll advice, and assist in remuneration and award interpretation
- Office administration - Order office supplies and catering for events, maintain cleanliness of kitchen, assist with office events, arrange couriers and mail
- Assistance to the COO - Diary management and adhoc tasks
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Completed Degree in Human Resources
- 2+ years experience within a similar role
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A ‘can do’ attitude with natural curiosity, initiative, drive and purpose
- Ability to quickly build rapport, communicate and engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders
