St. Michael College Early Learning Centre is an independent not-for-profit early learning centre in Caboolture, we are affiliated with St. Michael’s College (Prep to grade 6).

We have a non-contact educational leader who is available to support all our educators in their roles, we offer additional non-contact hours for all educators and aim to create a work environment where educators feel safe and secure, and truly valued for the important work they do with children.

**We are looking for**
- Lead educator for the Pre-kindy room children aged 3 to 4 years;
- 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday on a 5-week rotating shift with variable shift times from 6.30am to 6.00pm;
- Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children;
- A caring and approachable nature.
