**About the Company**

Unidex Healthcare are a privately owned recruitment company established in 2001 and operate across Australia, with our main offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We are currently going through a growth stage and are requiring a casual resourcer to join our internal team located in Southport, Gold Coast.

We require assistance for three days per week (flexible with days) and looking for an immediate start. This role will be working in collaboration with our Rostering Coordinators to source and recruit for care teams for our participants with spinal and brain injuries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruiting, interviewing and screening (Support Workers, EN's and RN's)
- Completing reference checks
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Ensuring compliance and other organizational governance is upheld
- Assisting with weekly/fortnightly rosters
- Data entry onto our CRM system

**Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience in an administrative or Human Resources position
- Attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks and workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commence immediately
