**Overview**

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

As a Product Manager at Link Group working on our cornerstone product with huge strategic importance you’ll get to:

- Identify big ideas and iterative improvements that move the needle on our capabilities that best serve our customers
- Create, prioritize, and refine requirements using discovery and data to drive product and feature decisions
- Decide on user experience key features and prototype those decisions with Designers
- Use Product Management best practices to manage deliverables across tactical priorities and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solicit feedback while creating incremental improvements in both product and processes
- Communicate business value and technical rationale behind product decisions to a broad cross-section of stakeholders
- Collaborate and develop strategic partnerships with third party vendors
- Monitor the market and develop competitor analyses
- Work with Solution Delivery Managers and engineering squads to ensure the selected requirements and designs are built right
- Work with Product Marketing to plan the stages, methods and communication of releases to market
- Developing product documentation and delivering product training
- Project managing risks and capturing necessary governance of product deliverables

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager for SaaS or software products
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams comprised of engineers, designers, and researchers
- Demonstrated experience working with ambiguity and being able to build strategic direction and roadmaps
- Experience using analytical skills to gather, surface, and interpret user data to help drive decision making
- Experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders spread across the world
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated track record in succinctly communicating product vision and design decisions at all levels

Preferred qualifications
- Experiencing working with product management in the B2B financial services
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
