This exciting position will see you working for one of Adelaide’s leading Occupational Therapy groups. You will be responsible for all Accounts Receivable and Debtors playing a pivotal role in the business’ success and client service delivery. **About you**
- 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivables
- Demonstrated ability to process large volumes of data with high accuracy
- Strong organisation skills with accurate data entry
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including intermediate proficiency with Excel
- Capacity to build a natural rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively as part of a tight-knit admin team
**About the role**
Some of your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all accounts receivables/billings are collected and processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing all debtors and reconciling payments received
- End of day balancing, invoicing enquiries, invoice adjustments and adhoc payment processing
- Investigating customer queries and ensuring solutions are provided in a timely manner
- Assisting internal audit committee to ensure preparation for NDIS audits
This role is full-time, working 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday with some flexibility and will be working in the head office in the city fringe.
