**Key Responsibilities**
- Report the HR scorecard and metric dashboard fortnightly, monthly and quarterly
- Collate the talent and people deck monthly
- Accurately enter data into the position management spreadsheet and security system
- Review annual leave liabilities
- Liaise with the payroll team to establish new employee files and records
- Manage and delegate tasks that come through the corporate HR inbox
- Maintain the Organisational charts and summary
- Manage the exit processes for employees (including liaising with payroll and IT
- Ensure allocation of assets are recorded and updated within personnel files and the returns process is completed before termination payments are processed by payroll

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- You understand the impact of employee decisions on key business operations.
- You’ve got a strong eye for detail and are diligent. Able to undertake audits and reviews of key processes and controls.

Pay: $57,874.92 - $97,489.04 per year
